While established in early 2010, Lurvey White Ventures was created as the formal business partnership of an already established working relationship between Ridgway White and
Dave Lurvey.

Through the first decade of the new millennium, the duo had successfully guided the completion of multiple mixed-use developments, ranging from commercial, retail and restaurant, to housing solutions. It was realized that with vision, collaboration and creativity, the team of Lurvey White could fill a desirable niche for project delivery in this "new age".

Collectively, this team offers a wide range of experience that includes everything from adaptive reuse, site development and institutional facilities, to tech savvy schools and high tech medical environments.
